Ummah Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates mobile and web applications including Swiftr AI and ToolLog. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Swiftr AI

• Account information (email, password) when you sign up
• Content you upload: PDFs, audio files, YouTube URLs, and generated notes
• Usage data needed to run AI features and subscriptions
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)

ToolLog

• Item data you enter locally: names, serial numbers, warranty dates, categories, notes
• Photos and files you attach to items (stored on your device)
• A random device identifier used to sync Pro subscription status
• Purchase tokens when you subscribe via Google Play (sent to our backend for verification)

2. How we use information

• Provide app features (notes, chat, warranty tracking, reminders)
• Verify and manage subscriptions (Google Play, Stripe)
• Improve reliability and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data storage

• ToolLog stores most data locally on your device using Room/SQLite. Subscription status may be stored on Supabase (hosted in the United States).
• Swiftr AI stores account and uploaded content on secure cloud infrastructure (including Supabase) to power sync and AI features.

4. Third-party services

• Google Play Billing — in-app subscriptions for ToolLog and Swiftr AI on Android
• Stripe — web checkout and subscription billing
• Supabase — authentication, database, and backend functions
• AI providers — Swiftr AI sends document content to AI services to generate notes and chat responses

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.

5. Data retention

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your Swiftr AI account and associated cloud data. ToolLog data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, encrypted connections to our backends, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us to make a request.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date.
